Can I handle this?

That's the question I've been asking myself since I (finally) got this "device" and installed it on the table.

The instructions have been lying next to it for almost a week now. I hope I'll find some time this weekend to operate the machine. (Luckily "sewing" runs in the family, so I have a few people I can rely on when, e.g. my finger (in stead of the fabric) gets stuck under the needle.)
